Senior Stock Administrator

Job Description

• Administer Fastly’s global stock plans • Scale the stock administration function through process improvement • Maintain database integrity and accuracy of equity data • Partner with various functional leads to ensure compliance • Provide support for employee understanding of equity programs • Ensure global equity reporting and compliance • Facilitate mobile transactions and setup in Equity Edge Online

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of global stock administration experience • Knowledge of equity award types and related taxation • Experience with E*trade equity administration software • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP Accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley, and SEC regulations • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
