IT Support Specialist

Job Description

• Oversee the suite of collaboration tooling at Carrot and ensure users have great experiences • Provide expert guidance on collaboration and work management solutions • Evolve practices around Google Drive, Confluence, etc to meet high-security standards • Ensure best ITSM practices and tools are in place • Improve procurement and asset management practices for hardware and software • Act as an escalation point for user productivity issues • Manage budgets and costs for IT spend • Provide training, documentation, and learning opportunities for the IT team

Qualifications

• Experienced providing technical support to users in remote and in-office environments • Deep expertise with Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, Confluence • Experience managing a suite of saas applications at scale • Experience with computer asset management and inventory practices • Experience running technical trainings for user groups, including onboarding for new users • Background with leading MDM platforms, including JAMF and Intune • Strong with Mac and Windows systems internals, including user troubleshooting • Bent on delivering a seamless user experience
