Event Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Strategize and champion Vanta’s presence at third party conferences from planning and execution, ensuring detailed logistics and exceptional attendee experiences • Work closely with Revenue leadership teams to staff events and enable onsite teams to demonstrate Vanta value to event attendees • Partner with the Customer Engagement team to lead the production of annual Customer and Product Advisory Board Meetings • Own significant workstreams for Vanta’s annual user conference, VantaCon • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders for kickoffs, meeting cadences, overall project management, and post-event retros • Produce frameworks to measure event efficacy, track and analyze event KPIs • Own agency relationships for event production and execution

Qualifications

• Meaningful (6+ years) prior experience operationalizing third party and proprietary events, either in-house, agency or a combination of both • Clear and effective communication skills to interface with team members, stakeholders, vendors, and attendees • Strong organizational and operational skills to manage multiple projects with multiple teams on competing timelines • Experience managing budgets and forecasting spend • Passion for bringing SaaS events to life through events • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, up to 25%
