Mortgage Sales Manager/Team Lead
Job Location: Los Angeles, California
Salary: $90,000 - $250,000 a year
Job Description
• Managing 8-10 reverse mortgage Loan Officers • Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews • Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members • Managing lead conversions and metrics • Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring timely closings • Coaching and motivating the team • Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
