Technical Support Engineer
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Provide technical support for MiSnap mobile deposit software • Resolve customer issues through ticketing system, email, and phone • Communicate with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field, or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in technical customer support • Understanding of web service technologies (REST/JSON, XML/SOAP) • Experience with service desk systems (Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
