Incentives Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

• The Incentives Marketing Operations Manager will support the planning, execution, and analysis of a variety of consumer incentive programs across Instacart Marketing • Collaborate with BD MS&P and Product Ops teams on selling and training materials, keeping them apprised of incentive marketing plans, dates, offers, etc • Serve as subject matter expert on our in-house coupon tools and systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing operations, program/project management, general marketing, promotions/incentives, or similar role • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute across a range of projects with overlapping timelines • Data Analysis: Capable of understanding and interpreting data to help inform business decisions and track campaign performance • Relationship Skills: Builds strong, productive relationships with cross-functional partners and works collaboratively to achieve common goals • Action-Oriented: Demonstrates a bias for action and a “doer” mentality, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities
