Job Description

• Drive innovation and automation of Henry Schein One’s Revenue Cycle Management product suite • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences • Create strategies and roadmaps based on data • Prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences • Partner with various functions across the whole company • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends • Share knowledge and mentor others

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering world-class B2B software products in a product management role • 3+ years of experience working on revenue cycle management offerings in the medical or dental space • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams • Deeply curious and data-driven • Customer obsessed mindset • Capable of breaking down the product vision • Excel in cross-functional collaboration • Effective in communicating progress • Self-aware with a desire to learn and continuously improve
