Executive Assistant
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Job Description
• Manage communications and scheduling for the President and CEO • Process expense reports and assist around the office as needed • Own management of calendars, travel arrangements, and communications for executives • Organize and prepare for meetings and provide office administration support
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives • Proficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite • Experience managing domestic and international travel and expenses on behalf of executives • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
