• Network Support Coordinator responsible for providing support to providers via phone and email • Handle inbound and outbound communications regarding various topics • Take weekend call on a rotating basis • Work in multiple systems simultaneously • Provide great customer service verbally and written

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of successful work experience with the organization is preferred • Experience with MS Office and Google Office products
