Sr. Manager, Strategic Operations

Job Description

• Collaborate with Operations leadership and Clinical Strategist and Population Health managers • Ensure operational interventions are aligned with overall strategy • Establish, nurture, and utilize partner relationships • Analyze and report on provider quantitative performance • Drive improvements in quality and patient experience • Engage acute and post-acute partners in managing high-risk patients • Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence proactively • Understand the key drivers of value-based care • Collaborate for results across a wide array of team members within ACO organization • Travel approximately 50%-60% in the Southern States area • Monday-Friday standard business hours with no nights, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior work experience managing operational & quality management KPIs in a healthcare setting • 2+ year of prior leadership experience • 4+ years of analyzing complex data analysis and reporting & deliver presentations to providers • Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare or equivalent work experience required • Consulting or business development experience is a plus • Experience and expertise implementing service models that innovate, add value, and drive operational results in health fields • Experience with Episodes of Care or Value Based Care • Strong critical thinking skills needed to analyze medical data and reports • Experience with Health Care Organizations
