Project Manager

Job Description

• Serve as primary point-of-contact to the client • Coordinate and oversee all functional services • Manage the study budget • Develop project plans • Maintain collaboration with clinical operations • Establish tracking metrics • Prepare project status updates • Lead team meetings with the client • Communicate effectively with client and Precision management • Travel as necessary according to project needs • Mentor, train, and supervise staff • Assist with review of clinical study reports • Support business development and marketing activities • Perform other duties as assigned by management • May participate in review of protocols and other study documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field • Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience • Minimum of 1 year of leading a project • Therapeutic experience in oncology • Experience with Microsoft Office Products • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays • Working knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Experience working in a cross-functional project management environment • Fundamental understanding of project planning, risk management, and change management • High level of integrity
