Associate Director/ Director - HR Analytics
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $150,000 a year
Job Description
• Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs • Develop and deliver proof of concept of a technical solution with speed and influences from the environment using real, scrambled, or mocked-up data • Present analytic solutions to business audiences and demonstrate how they could help generate business value
Qualifications
• 12-18 years of professional work experience with at least 7 years in HR analytics • Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team • Strong project and team management skills • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
