Senior Data Scientist, Pricing

Job Description

• Drive the development of predictive models that inform and ultimately operationalize our pricing strategy. • Continuously evaluate model performance and refine methodologies to understand and improve forecast accuracy. • Evaluate key drivers of cost and financial ROI across the customer lifecycle and prepare recommendations both for internal stakeholders and external customers on the basis of these findings.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about changing the face of mental health care and Spring Health’s mission to remove all barriers to mental health resonates with you. • You have a degree in a STEM-related field and at least 5 years of commercial experience in a data science role. • You have developed predictive models to solve business problems and deployed them in production. • You are proficient in Python and SQL. • You are humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments. • Bonus points for prior exposure to causal inference or simulation modeling.
