Senior Operations Associate, New Ventures

Job Description

• The Senior Operations Associate, New Ventures role will be the Subject Matter Expert for our New Ventures programs and is responsible for identifying and executing operational improvements. You’ll report into the Senior Program Operations Manager, New Ventures. • Identify and implement operational process and workflow improvements across programs, utilizing tools such as ZenDesk, Looker, Google Suite, and other systems • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to build and scale processes and tools to drive rapid growth while continuously improving efficiency • Develop and maintain program capabilities source of truth and standard operating procedure documents for internal and external questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, program management, and/or operational execution • 1+ year of experience working in healthcare • Comfortable with navigating complex problems and ambiguous tasks • Highly organized and have strong project management skills • Strong analytical skills • Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable with data. (Experience with Looker or similar tools preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication, able to simplify and distill complex topics for a variety of audiences • Experience working in ZenDesk or other similar systems.
