Job Description

• Senior Manager, Product Design, Core Member Journey • Lead product designers on business-critical initiatives • Deliver consistent, delightful customer experience • Shape product roadmap and generate innovative solutions • Utilize data to advocate for the user • Develop design talent and design practice

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design • 5+ years of leadership experience • Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams • Bachelor’s degree (in related field preferred) • Prior Financial Services experience is a bonus
