Customer Success Manager
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Responsible for working with iManage Cloud customer base • Improving customer interactions and achieving outcomes • Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders • Coordinating iManage activities and serving as an advocate for the customer • Prepare and present customer Business Value Reviews
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Management, or equivalent • 3-5+ years’ experience in Management Consulting, Relationship Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment • Excellent business communication, organizational and project management skills
