Senior Manager/Director, Sales Operations (Redwood City, CA)

Job Description

• Senior Manager/Director of Sales Operations role • Coordinate all sales operations activities • Build out deal desk program to drive revenue • Build and evolve scalable processes and tools for managing deal desk programs • Act as a trusted sales guide to execute complex deal structures and terms • Synthesize information to drive deal execution across all sales verticals and regions

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in a deal desk strategy or related sales operations • Prior experience driving complex, cross-functional contract execution • Clear and thoughtful communicator • Ability to analyze and recommend licensing structures and contract terms • Prior experience with Salesforce and quote to contract tools and process • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent
