Mortgage Sales Manager/Team Lead
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $90,000 - $250,000 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for managing 8-10 reverse mortgage Loan Officers • Conducting daily/weekly trainings and call reviews • Managing lead conversions and metrics • Coaching and motivating the team • Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
