Technical Writer

Job Description

• Develop, draft, review, and publish technical procedures for a variety of employees • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and process owners • Support new product launches and create customer-facing FAQs • Organize and maintain the locations of accessible content • Manage timelines and priorities of various projects

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous experience with technical writing/content management in fintechs and/or financial services • Exceptional attention to detail • Experience with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and knowledge base systems
