VP, Product and Engineering Quality

Job Description

• Recruit and lead a team of quality engineers • Define QA&C KPIs and integrate measurement tools • Promote testing and monitoring in the development process • Perform periodic audits and maintain risk documentation • Design and own end-to-end testing framework • Provide tools and best practices for automated testing • Work with stakeholders to set and drive quality assurance goals

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in software development • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Experience in SaaS systems in a CI/CD environment • Team leadership and mentoring experience • Excellent English proficiency

Benefits
