Sr Enterprise System Administrator - DocuSign

Salary: $76,900 - $141,000 a year

Job Description

• This role will be primarily focused on configuration and customization of DocuSign CLM, but is expected to assist with other DocuSign products like eSignature, DocuSign Insight (AI), WebForms and basic Salesforce configuration • Work with other team members to brainstorm architectural decisions, process improvements and new DocuSign roadmap features • Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and provide ad-hoc reports to leadership as required • Develop Analytics/reports that provide actionable business insights on Contracting data • Play a key role in identifying the data discrepancies and maintain the data stability between Salesforce and CLM systems • Develop training material and lead office hours sessions with end users regarding CLM tools and processes • Provide Tier 2 application support for end users and help with day-to-day operations of CLM platform, supporting 1,000+ users • Proactively identify possible operational improvements and enhancements to legal processes with focus on saving time, improving data quality for stakeholders • Integrate with a dynamic team working to enhance operational procedures in an Agile approach

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent years of experience with 3+ years of experience as a CLM (preferably DocuSign) administrator, developer or architect • Strong understanding of the CLM platform, with the ability to build complex functionality through code and configurations • Basic programming skills in C# and familiarity with CLM APIs • Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and how it is integrated with DocuSign • People skills needed to help others use technology in the best possible way and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives in parallel • Someone willing to do whatever is needed to help the team be successful • Driven to create innovative solutions and build something that people love to use! • Experience providing Tier 2 support for CLM
