Senior Product Manager, Options

Job Description

• At DriveWealth, our Product Managers help bring our mission to life through the design, build, implementation, and iteration of tools that power financial independence. • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Options offering, owning key delivery milestones and goals centered on product improvement and expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design, implement and operate retail and/or institutional options brokerage capabilities • An ability to roll up your sleeves, lead from the front and act as a ‘player/coach’, specifically for critical tasks such as defining product requirements. • Understanding of and comfort navigating trading and post-trade systems and workflows • Experience overseeing and communicating across a cross-functional team in a matrixed environment. You filter ambiguity and complexity and keep the core team focused on defined priorities and workstreams. • Excellent communication skills - proven ability to relay a complex narrative to a variety of internal and external stakeholders at the appropriate level • A track record of successful engagement with external counterparts in the options industry, which can include partners (broker-dealer, retail or institutional), regulators, exchanges or clearing firms • Embodiment of DriveWealth’s Operating Principles, which include accountability, teamwork, transparency, urgency, and integrity. • FINRA Series SIE, 7 & 4 registrations, or a commitment to acquire within the first year of employment at DriveWealth (with support from your Manager) • Must be in the NY office several days per week
