Revenue Operations Manager
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 a year
Job Description
• Pivotal role in directing strategic initiatives and managing Salesforce operations • Lead top-of-funnel GTM strategy and execution • Manage, mentor, and ensure efficient handling of Salesforce team • Set and manage sales territories, manage client facing teams' structures, and operate models
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • Extremely strong critical thinking skills and ability to deal with ambiguity • Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to glean insights from data • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality • Proven ability to manage and mentor team members • Exemplary communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence and drive projects to completion without direct authority • Proactive and results-driven approach • Experience with Salesforce, including development and administration • Experience in RevOps, including territory management and sales enablement
