Program Manager, Twitch Rivals

Job Description

• Twitch Rivals is looking for an experienced Program Manager, Broadcast Operations to manage the daily planning, organization and execution of all online Twitch Rivals streams • You will collaborate with team members and vendors to produce remote streams across diverse gaming genres and Twitch communities • Define operational priorities, and improve performance by identifying risks early, planning contingencies, and reacting to issues in real-time

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience • 5+ years experience in one or multiple areas including: esports or broadcast production, creative production, project management, program management • Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships with various external partners • Experience with decision-making in high pressure moments
