HRBP Director
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Partner with executives to provide thought leadership on the people and organization strategy that is aligned with the business strategy • Is data-driven and able to assess organizational health metrics and provide insights to leaders and teams to develop strategic people plans that drive business outcomes • A trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders who partners with them to build high-performing teams and enhance overall leadership effectiveness • Partners closely with the People team’s COE partners (Total Rewards, Talent Development & Learning, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity team, etc) to consult and deliver people programs that have a direct impact on our business outcomes • Be a guide and coach on complex HR issues, including but not limited to conflict management, mutual separations, retention, and more • Operate as a change agent on key transformational initiatives that impact the culture and business of the organization • Anticipate the needs of the business, diagnose issues, and design and drive creative people solutions that deliver business results
Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a high-speed, transformative environment • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; effective listener, ability to connect and influence actions and outcomes with employees at all levels in the organization • Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, fast-paced, matrixed organization • Experience working with and supporting Product and UX organizations preferred • Extensive HRBP leadership experience in the Tech industry preferred; A combination of HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, org planning, performance management, business advising, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture carrier, employee engagement, coaching and development, conflict resolution, recruiting, data analysis, and employee relations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to a company’s evolving stages and needs • Willingness to roll up their sleeves, own and drive outcomes - nothing is too big or too small
