Client Success Manager - Gaming, Entertainment and Tech

Job Description

• Lead execution of custom programs • Facilitate obtaining all assets from clients • Communicate and partner with internal teams • Create and maintain internal and external timelines • Ensure campaigns launch on time and exceed benchmarks • Summarize, analyze, and share results with clients • Oversee production budget and stay within profitable margins • Act as a Mentor for new team members

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years experience in project management/account management • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana • Experience in post-sale digital campaign execution • Experience working with native content creation • Must be extremely detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills • Excellent client service communication skills via email, presentation, etc.
