Job Description

• The HR Associate will support and contribute to various human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HRIS. • Crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the alignment of HR practices with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources or a related field • Strong understanding of basic HR principles and practices • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
