Plant Controller

Job Description

• Overseeing all financial operations within the manufacturing plant. • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and maintaining internal controls. • Collaborating with plant management to improve financial performance and ensure compliance with corporate policies. • Supporting strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
