Salary: $255,557 - $319,446 a year
Job Description
• As the Vice President, People Experience Strategy and Services, you will lead the global teams responsible for People Program Management, People Services & Knowledge Management, HR Policy & Compliance, Contingent Workforce Management, and various operations areas that support the HR function. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the People Experience Team on all jointly owned strategic initiatives where partnership with our President’s Office, Business Strategy, Internal Communications and Corporate Development teams is needed. • This role will require the ability to shift seamlessly between operational and strategic priorities, and will call upon your deep expertise working cross-functionally and at the highest level of an organization. Leading multiple people leaders and a small team of senior-level professionals, your mission is to orchestrate simple and seamless delivery in support of our diverse global workforce. • In the role of Vice President, People Experience Strategy and Services, you will report to the Chief People Experience Officer. We are considering applicants for the locations of Dallas, Los Angeles (Culver City), or San Francisco.
Qualifications
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent experience • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration, equipping you with the domain expertise to guide strategy and projects spanning all HR functional areas • You have a strong Global perspective and deep domain expertise gained from having led globally distributed teams • You are adept at managing through a wide range of circumstances and have successfully navigated the ambiguity inherent in a high-growth, global company • You have strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to both develop and implement cross-enterprise programs and initiatives. • You handle complex situations and problems by using a combination of data, expertise, and judgment • You have experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. • You have high standards for yourself and others, and a track record for having assembled and managed high-performing teams • You understand HR processes and best practices, yet see ways where accepted approaches can be simplified to optimize HR service delivery and create a world-class employee experience
