Operations Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 a year
Job Description
• Engage with team members on impactful projects • Drive operational efficiencies and business success • Project manage new product launches and updates • Collaborate with cross-functional partners • Provide real-time support and troubleshooting
Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in customer success, implementation, enablement, and/or customer-focused operational teams • Self-motivated, clear ownership, and initiative • Experienced in building workflows and establishing policies, procedures, and best practices • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps, Atlassian tools, Customer CRM, and various data tools
