IT Engineer - Atlassian

Job Description

• As an IT Engineer supporting our Atlassian product stack, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems • You will provide engineering support for our Atlassian suite of applications and integrations, helping to accelerate collaboration inside and outside of our engineering teams • Your expertise will be crucial in scaling our company, as well as implementing new technologies and contributing to projects that enhance our infrastructure

Qualifications

• Have experience with the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk) • Can evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs • Have worked with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc • Are able to devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains • Can conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities • Have researched and implemented new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage • Are familiar with prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support • Specific experience with Okta, Gsuite, Entra/Azure AD, or similar cloud infrastructure • Broad IT system and SaaS infrastructure service experience - AWS, GCP, etc • Experience working with auditors to produce artifacts for compliance requirements (ISO/SOC)
