Manager, Deal Operations - Enterprise

Job Description

• Manager, Enterprise Deal Desk Operations at Motive • Work closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders and sales team to close top deals and complex deals • Enable and partner with sales teams on the processes to get their deals closed faster and decrease error rate • Improve processes within systems and programs • Must handle unforeseen issues, and proactively alert internal teams with a sense of urgency • Use analytical skills to collect and analyze information, problem solve with data to facilitate decision making

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role at a fast growing enterprise SaaS • History of recent success helping Enterprise Sales Teams close complex/top SaaS • History and recent deals of $100K ARR and more • Very strong Excel skills and sensitivity to numbers • Strong understanding of CPQ and Subscription/billing management System • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) • Recommended - Zuora, or other billing systems • Working knowledge of accounting principles • Analytic Skills- Collect and analyze information and problem solve with data to facilitate decision making • Bachelors degree
