Job Description
• Developing and implementing automated sales systems and new email automations • Integrating new workflow and communication systems within Salesforce • Conducting detailed analyses of campaign outcomes • Continuously optimizing automations to enhance conversion rates • Enhancing sales database integrity • Streamlining operational processes across sales cycle • Collaborating with various teams for new automations • Documenting processes and training teams for effective use
Qualifications
• Highly resourceful and creative problem-solver • Quick to act and drive initiatives forward • Proficient in managing cross-functional collaboration • Comfortable in adapting to a rapidly evolving business environment • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail • Highly adaptable and committed to achieving results • 5+ years Salesforce experience in customer success or retention required • Extensive knowledge or professional experience in grocery industry operations
