Senior Manager, People Technology
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $110,040 - $196,500 a year
Job Description
• Oversee the implementation of HR technology based on business requirements • Manage sprint prioritization and capacity for the People Technology team • Establish success metrics, KPIs, and ensure project performance is tracked and measured • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
Qualifications
• 8+ years experience in HR Technology for fast-growing, global companies • 4+ years as a project/functional lead or direct people manager • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience • Deep understanding of Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation
