Project Compliance and Administration Manager
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 a year
Job Description
• Overseeing compliance with prevailing wage laws and regulations • Providing administrative support within the Procore construction management platform • Act as the primary administrator for the Procore construction management platform • Generate and analyze labor compliance reports using Procore and other relevant tools • Serve as a liaison between project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies regarding labor compliance matters
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor compliance, prevailing wage administration, or a related field • Strong knowledge of prevailing wage laws, regulations, and compliance requirements • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software • Proficiency in LCP Tracker preferred • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
