Salary: $154,400 - $193,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead enablement strategy and programs • Design and execute enablement initiatives • Collaborate with GTM & Marketing leadership • Optimize GTM new hire onboarding • Develop enablement tech stack and measurement systems • Lead organization trainings and feedback sessions
Qualifications
• 7+ years of B2B sales enablement or related experience • 3+ years leading high-performing teams • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic stakeholders
