Bridge Social Media Strategist

Job Description

• Oversee all social media postings and maintain required records and data to ensure compliance and alignment with our strategic goals • Create compelling and effective social media posts that aligns with our written Social Media Strategy and adheres to company brand standards and best practices • Execute posting schedules meticulously to ensure consistent and timely engagement with our audience • Track and monitor social media activity across platforms to understand its impact and adjust strategies as needed • Generate and submit reports on social media performance, insights, and trends to senior management as requested

Qualifications

• One to five years experience with social media or digital marketing, including Facebook and Instagram • Excellent communication and creative writing skills • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager and Hubspot) and analytics platforms (preferred but not required) • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work
