Associate Director, B2B Marketing

Job Description

• Lead the rollout of a GTM strategy to support our B2B entity with cross-functional partners • Partner with selected agencies to optimize overall GTM strategy, distribution channels, and content creation/deployment • Understand our consumer segments and make informed recommendations on how to reach them • Build a sales enablement strategy and the supporting materials to empower the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell the products • Develop a marketing roadmap and structure to support key business goals and ensure future success • Lead the research, strategy and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives, continuing to learn and adapt to achieve growth targets in-concert with the brand strategy • Drive awareness, engagement and growth for our B2B business through comprehensive marketing plans and multichannel go-to-market strategies • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance, optimize tactics, and report on ROI • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, ideally in health-tech or within a startup environment • 5+ years of experience leading teams of direct and indirect reports • Experience working on integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, which could include digital, social, broadcast, radio, OOH or direct mail • Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices • Experience leading expansion and new product launches from a marketing perspective • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth
