Job Description
• Lead the TPM team in project management and process optimization • Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and ALM for metric analysis and dashboard creation • Drive project delivery aligned with business objectives • Ensure compliance with automotive standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Provide leadership and mentorship to TPM professionals • Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field • 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT and automotive industries • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and ALM tools • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Familiarity with automotive compliance standards • Excellent communication skills • Certifications in project management and automotive-specific standards are a plus
