Director, GTM Strategy & Planning

Job Description

• Responsible for leading the team's analysis of network performance and competitive positioning • Communicate the implications of analyses across the GTM team and the broader organization • Execute the implementation of strategic changes based on the team's findings • Ensure that all team outputs are accessible and digestible providing business leaders with actionable insights to guide executive-level strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus • 10+ years of relevant experience, with a background in Investment Banking, Research Analysis, Consulting or similar field • Experience in Ecommerce, technology, and/or Advertising preferred • Demonstrated history of building business partnerships with executive leadership • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams • Exceptional technical competency – able to bring structure to disparate data and build models to solve complex problems • Expert user of Tableau • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate financial concepts to operating teams and financial insights to internal and external stakeholders • Ability to effectively distill complex information into consumable narratives or stories and curate communications for different audiences • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to parse out the “why” from the “what” and ultimately drive analyses to their logical outcomes
