People Development Specialist

Job Description

• The People Development Specialist will facilitate learning and development programs and own administrative duties for the team. • Facilitate orientation and other live training sessions • Support the onboarding experience for new employees • Manage the logistics, including scheduling and communications, related to people development programs such as orientation, leadership development, and performance review cycles • Manage content and support employee access to our Learning Management System • Gather, summarize, and prepare the data necessary to measure the effectiveness of the People Development team • Manage existing compliance training • Support the implementation of key people development initiatives as identified and led by our People Development Partners

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of training facilitation experience • Ability to work in-person at the Santa Monica office as needed • Competencies • Ability to quickly create a safe learning space and gain credibility with all audiences • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills • Ability to create engaging learning content using a variety of content development tools • Obsessed with the details • Strong written communication skills and problem-solving skills • Curious learner, highly motivated to develop via self-directed learning
