Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam. #LI-Remote • The Business Systems team utilizes a variety of enterprise tools and solutions to solve many of Plaid's most important operational issues. In addition to maintaining Plaid’s Salesforce and Zendesk instances, this team is also responsible for many of Plaid’s most business-critical applications and tooling, such as Lead Scoring, PRM, CPQ, Contract Management, and Support Systems. • As a GTM Systems Manager, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and manage our Salesforce and Zendesk product roadmap. You will be responsible for tackling business-critical problems that can be solved by our enterprise technology stack and identifying new technology required to solve issues efficiently. You will enable the Business GTM Systems Technology team to scale to meet the needs of an evolving business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a technology role as either a project manager, administrator, or developer • 5+ years experience managing Salesforce • 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience • Track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with senior leadership • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and technical skills • Strong project management skills • Proven track record of scaling team efficiency and impact • Quote-to-Cash and CPQ experience is strongly preferred
