Strategic Finance Analyst

Job Description

• Act as a strategic partner to R&D and Finance leadership, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing investment and driving long-term growth. • Enhance forecast accuracy and reliability for R&D expenses. • Lead variance analyses during financial closes to provide actionable insights. • Develop and streamline processes to scale systems and support business growth. • Serve as a liaison between finance, accounting, and R&D operations to enhance and automate financial processes.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in finance, public accounting, or investment banking; familiarity with SaaS preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; ability to manage large datasets and driver-based models. • Curiosity to learn and solve problems independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
