Job Location: Manhattan, New York

Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 a year

Job Description

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the Enterprise Accounts team • Design and implement technical solutions based on client requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to enhance service offerings • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and evaluations to showcase product capabilities

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) • 2-3+ years as a Solutions Engineer (preferred), Solutions Architect (preferred), Sales Engineer (preferred), Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or a Software Developer with experience leading projects and/or working with customers • Experience with various technologies such as Prometheus, FluentBit, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment (preferred)
