Job Description

• Set a new standard of craft and execute impeccable design work across a range of digital touchpoints • Work directly with members of the Brand Studio Team and other core marketing stakeholders to evolve and elevate Front.com • Build digital experiences that enable break-through campaign moments • Lead the design process–from wireframing to QA to launch–for interactive experiences that drive huge business impact • Own a new web style guide and component library that applies best practices in responsive design, ensures consistency across touchpoints, and enables the entire team to efficiently create for web • Partner closely with the dev team to launch and maintain a best-in-class web experience • Collaborate with growth and marketing operations to explore elegant ways to optimize our digital channels to increase their impact • Bring the Front brand to life in ways that push our visual style and storytelling forward

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience with a strong portfolio of digital work • Proficiency in Figma • Strong skills in information hierarchy and visual storytelling • Deep understanding of current UI/UX trends, craft, and patterns • Well versed in web testing and optimization throughout the marketing funnel • Excellent communication and feedback skills • An understanding of what great looks like…and how to bring it to life • A deep desire to balance beauty and impact :)
