Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Description

• Assist with preparation of high-visibility internal and external presentations, including monthly financial reports, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and monitoring of function-specific operational and financial metrics • Help execute our annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes; work with cross-functional partners to gather forecast inputs and translate their thinking into P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow assumptions for assigned business functions • Maintain and deeply understand the company financial model • Assist with ad-hoc analyses to support functional objectives, such as business case development, new product and investment evaluation, identifying topline and margin enhancement opportunities, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a leading university • 2+ years of FP&A experience • Adept, practical knowledge of GAAP accounting • Strong financial modeling skills; experience with forecasting revenue and full P&L • Ability to manage multiple deliverables at once while maintaining high-quality output in a fast-moving environment • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Finance and cross-functional partners • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; advanced Excel skills • Great attitude, passion for excellence, and willingness to help wherever needed
