Job Description

• Customer segmentation to ensure effective targeting across the product suite • Developing content for product-based sales efforts (e.g., banner ads, supplier sales website, Pendo) • Executing weekly email campaigns to new suppliers • Building sales collateral and enablement materials for the sales team • Building launch and marketing material for new products (e.g., Advanced Portal, Premium Support) • Manage marketing tools used by the team (e.g., SFDC, Iterable) • Run marketing efforts to ensure retention and reduce churn

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs for B2B or B2C marketplaces • Proven inbound and outbound demand generation program creation, execution, measurement and reporting experience • Experience across all marketing channels and able to manage and optimize marketing budgets across tactics • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Intellectual curiosity with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Disciplined, self-starter and able to work with limited supervision • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workload to achieve required timescales • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
