Customer Success Manager, Risk Adjustment

Job Description

• Drive customer goals, business transformation, and revenue expansion • Build strategic partnerships with high-revenue, high level of complexity customers • Ensure customers successfully adopt the platform technology • Work closely with senior leadership to identify, track and drive resolution for critical project issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required • Minimum two years’ experience working in account management within HHS RADV Initial Validation Audit • Strong Project Management skills with demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple customer requests, issues and project plans. (CAPM/PMP preferred) • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced proficiency in Excel
