Senior Manager, Global Payroll

Job Description

• Develop, execute, and lead the Company's payroll function • Partner with cross functional teams across finance, stock administration, legal, and human resources • Ensure employees across the globe get paid in a timely and accurate manner • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals • Drive ongoing process optimization and improvement for payroll function

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multi-state, non-exempt and exempt payroll experience • 5 years supervisory experience • Experience with global payroll • Strong project management skills • Clear communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
