Commercial Counsel

Job Description

• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial customer contracts • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes • Assist in defining and building infrastructure to effectively deliver legal support in a scalable manner to Palantir's rapidly expanding customer portfolio • Collaborate closely with Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to shepherd deals to execution

Qualifications

• Attorney in good standing, licensed in at least one state in the United States or the United Kingdom • 2-5 years of transactional legal experience
